Tom Barton
Tom’s 40 years of professional experience brings to the fore a nuanced understanding of the multi-family residential development and design process. He understands how decisions made in the design process impact a developer’s ability to deliver a building product to the marketplace on time and budget. From market analysis, to initial due diligence, programming, conceptualization, and finally to evaluation of systems and materials, Tom’s depth of knowledge can be an invaluable asset to your development team. Tom’s new consulting practice TCB3 Consultancy, LLC will focus on helping clients evaluate the decisions that set a framework for success.

With the formation of TCB3 Consultancy, I will be providing design and development consulting services to clients looking to take advantage of my almost 40 years of experience in the housing industry. TCB3 Consultancy will focus on projects ranging from single family detached homes to townhomes, to multi-family apartments and mixed-use homes. Our emphasis is on providing insight on current best practices in the industry including development programming, marketing, site and architectural design, and construction efficiencies for new construction and existing facilities.
